K so id been working at this resturant for a couple of weeks
Doing quite well
really liked it actually
Anyway i had my karate black belt grading in the city in the morning and work in the afternoon
My ride home left me stranded, so i couldnt get home to work
So i called da boss
Explained i was stranded, apologised profusely, etc
"What!!??? WHy didnt you tell me sooner?"
Err coz I didnt know I was stranded till just now. And I DID warn you last week I might not be able to wrok tonight
"Well now I have no staff working tonight."
Im sorry.
"Ok. thanks."
So you still want me tomorrow?
"No, we'll find someone else."
At which point I hung up and burst into tears in front of my bf and karate instructor aha :@
Asshole didnt need to fire me!
Anyway 3 workers have quit since ive left coz hes such an ass
And me and my bf are planning on throwing stink bombs onto the deck of the resturant

ahahaha dont stoop to his level.
Just get a better job and go into the restaurant looking really confident and sit down (with rele hot friends and guys) and then get up and be like 'actually, you know what? I want to eat somewhere that actually values its employees' and then sue their asses for firing without a proper reason.

i was kinda on trial still, cash in hand ya know, so i cant sue but yeah i like your idea hey, see they only open on a few nights a week but the open on other days if you book a table of 8..so i figured maybe we could do that..make them open just for us..then do what you said :p

what a total ass! id make reservations for a huge group an then make them open an not show or .. show up an have them run round for ur every demand
