Yeah, for my cramps, until they can get my scan done and make sure that im not actually bleeding inwardly or have cysts etc.

Bleeding inwardly, what exactly does that mean (Yes I realise what the name means, just not what it means in this situation)?

Bleeding on the inside... like it is going up into my uterus etc rather than coming out. Or into fallopian tubes etc. Unlikely because my period is heavy.

I'll just take a day off school.
