died my hair again guys, light brown , bleach blonde highlights. 
ill post pictures , wont be easy tho , my home comp crashed so no webcam , im using the malls internet cafe computers. shitty deal that it cost be 5$ for every 2 hours tho .

by the way kyla what about a library? they are usually cheaper, if not free.

but the problem with the library is that there computers are SO slow , and im only aloud on for 15 mins at a time.

yeah, i used to use the library, their internet was hell slow, then they got a faster connection but bumped up the price by like 4 bucks lol
